Our story begins in 1960s Barcelona, where Ignacio Torras was born into a family that cherished the joys of family and delicious food. Years later, Nacho ventured to Houston, TX, carrying a dream. In 2014, he teamed up with chef Luis Roger to bring a taste of Spanish cuisine to Houston, opening BCN Taste & Tradition. Their success led to MAD in 2019, making waves as a culinary destination nationwide.

Later, Nacho partnered with the world's best pastry chef, Jordi Roca and Alejandra Rivas to open Rocambolesc USA, not just for gelatos but to provide opportunities for young adults with disabilities.

Now in 2024, Arrels Hospitality is our latest chapter. Join us on this exciting journey as we expand our hospitality group. Stay tuned for more adventures.
